I have had the pleasure of working with Oscar ( Delta Truss ) on several different jobs. He is highly knowledgeable on not only trusses but also framing.
Trusses are the most complex part of a house and the backbone of the entire structure. After a lifetime of doing framing he started doing trusses you must have a complete knowledge of the entire project to be able to design and build trusses.
The most important thing on a jobsite is having subcontractors that you can rely on to get the job done. The trusses come at a critical point of the job and they must be done right and on time and he’s always done that.

I am the CEO of Ameriken Mitchell Inc. We are a General Building Contractor located in So Cal. We have been doing business with Oscar (Delta Truss) for many years now on new homes and room additions.
Im old school and draw the plans for all our projects and Using Delta truss has been a great advantage. Delta jumps on getting us the design and engineering for the plans so we can get them turned in for permit. Using Delta has saved us time in the permit process do to their great engineering, almost all projects get approved first time for the truss. If there is a correction on the plans and it causes the truss to change, Delta makes the adjustments and gets us the revised engineering fast.
Once slab is installed all measurements are revised and Delta builds the trusses. I’ve never had a project wait do to delta. I’ve also never had an inspector say anything about the trusses on any of our jobs..

Our experience with Delta Truss was nothing but amazing! From the initial plans of design to the building of the trusses, Oscar was patient and talked us through the design process for both an ADU and our custom home in Menifee. He offered insight to ensure we had the homes of our dreams and we do thanks to him! We even had a last minute change to the design and he made the changes promptly so we were able to maintain our project timeline.
The flawless design work of the trusses also played a large role in helping the framers complete their work on time and without errors. We passed city inspections with ease and the both the framers and the inspector commented on how well the design and trusses were built.
We highly recommend Delta Truss and will definitely use them again.
